objectives for the partners of a rapidly-growing accounting firm. Project
included development of an aligned marketing plan, reassignment of management
responsibilities, and coaching for senior partners.

products company. Activities included improvements to the performance evaluation
system, facilitation of cross-departmental teams, and modifications to IT
systems in support of organizational change.

Redesigned the process a high tech company uses to announce new
products and services to its internal and external customers. Process
improvements raised customer satisfaction ratings more than 60%, increased
efficiency of work teams at sites nationwide, and resulted in significant
changes in job responsibilities for key employees.

Analyzed and redesigned the sales and marketing operations of a
major manufacturer of vision care products. Changes led to an increase in sales
force efficiency of more than 20% and savings of $4.5 million yearly.

Facilitated strategic thinking retreats for leading firms in a
variety of industries, including Oglethorpe Power, BellSouth Information
Systems, Champion International, and CRSS Strategic Consultants.

Redesigned the administrative operations of the Delaware Division
of Social Services. The project, one of only three such redesigns
nationwide, will support a single caseworker client interface and revolutionize
the delivery of social services to Medicaid, AFDC, and other Federal and state
aid recipients.
